We, the company Smart Record s.r.o. (ID No.: 06454097; with its represented seat at Viktora Huga 377/4, Smichov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic; the company incorporated under the laws of Czech Republic and registered by the Municipal Court in Prague under No. C 282461, hereinafter referred to as “Smart Record s.r.o.”), respect your privacy and your data protection rights. Under recent legislation concerning data privacy (General Data Protection Regulation), many types of data have been designated as personal data to catch up with the nature of the digital age. The personal data means any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (hereinafter as “Personal Data”).
By downloading and installing the application service Numbr (hereinafter as “App”) I hereby understand that Smart Record s.r.o. may collect, use and process my Personal Data including my device information (unique device identifier, iOS identifier), etc. for providing and using the App and related services provided by Smart Record s.r.o.
I hereby also give consent to the Smart Record s.r.o. to process my above-mentioned Personal Data for developing the App and related services provided by Smart Record s.r.o. I also acknowledge, that my Personal Data are shared with third parties (ed. note: in an anonymized form with companies such as Apple or Amazon Web Services that are essential for running and providing the service. We never share any of your data with third parties for marketing purposes). I may withdraw this consent via .
I hereby declare that in case I no longer wish that my Personal Data to be processed, I can arrange for ending of processing by uninstalling the App whereby I have explicitly been made aware of the fact that uninstalling the App is the only way to stop processing the Personal Data entirely.
When you install or download our App, we may collect variety of non-personal data of technical nature (version of the operating system, device model, numbers, dates and times of the communications, designation of the country, where the calling party initiates a telephone call and designation of the country, where the called party answers a telephone call, etc.). This data allows us e.g. to improve the App´s performance and resolve potential technical issues. We may collect also other kinds of data that are considered as Personal Data e.g.: contact information (if you reach our support), device information (unique device identifier, iOS identifier), etc. These are used for targeting of internal marketing campaigns (never third party marketing campaigns) and delivery of services purchased via the App.
If you are using the App without making purchases, you are an anonymous user to us and we collect only technical information necessary for running and improving the app (iOS version, device model, app usage, crash reports, device timezone) – some of this data has been requalified as Personal Data as well.
When you are purchasing services we need to identify your Apple ID
We don't share any information concerning you or your device with any 3rd parties unless it is necessary for running the App, delivering services, our own internal marketing activities or fulfilling legal obligations.
Technical 3rd parties are f.e. Apple (app), Amazon Web Services (servers), Graylog (logs), etc..
